Speedboat Tours Terms and Conditions
The right to cancel tours for any reasonable reason is reserved.
Please be aware that occasionally tours maybe have to be rescheduled/cancelled due to inclement weather. This decision will be made on safety grounds at the sole discretion of the Skipper.
In the event of a tour being cancelled by the Skipper a full refund of any deposit payed will be given or an alternative date agreed.
If the customer decides to cancel for any reason any deposit paid may be non-refundable. Please contact Chris as soon as possible if you are unable to make a tour.
In the event of late arrival the right to cancel or shorten a tour is reserved. Please contact Chris as soon as possible and he will do whatever possible to help. In some cases late departures may be possible.
Customers must comply with all safety instructions given by the Skipper. The tour may be cut short or cancelled due to non-compliance.
Personal property is the responsibility of the customer.
All tours are run to the highest possible standard however customers must understand that participation in tours involves a certain element of risk. By booking a tour customers agree to accept this risk.
